ERVA is considering joining criminal case 527/2011 in Denia (Alicante) pursued against N.M. Rothschild & Sons, Steve Dewsnip and others.
The case seems to have stalled after attempts to deliver Court papers to IFAs failed to materialize (as a result of them not living in those addresses).
Joining this case may help the acting solicitors and their clients by pushing proceedings with fresh new publicity evidence, broker affidavits and other relevant information which has already been filed with the Malaga Courts.
I think this is a great idea. I know that both Erva and their lawyers, Lawbird Legal Services are very busy just by looking at this web site. However they have put together a tremendous amount of documentary evidence, showing the wrong doings of Steve Dewsnip and the Rothschild Bank. This should be shared with other lawyers, after all we are in this together and we can only prevail if we fight them together. Go for it Erva and thanks for everything you have done so far.
I’m with Karen on this. Anything that will help get a favorable outcome for us all is good by me. However, I feel we should let Antonio Flores, who has done so much, make the final decision on this.
You are right of course Spiddy. Just to let you know we have already discussed this with our lawyer Antonio Flores at Lawbird. He is looking closely at the possibility of doing just this. In fact we never post anything that could be construed as controversial without being able to back this up with evidence. All our posts or checked by our lawyers before they go on to the Internet. We met with our lawyers yesterday to consider what form our future actions would take. We have over the last three years discovered many documents that would put us in a great position to file criminal complaints on many banks. These would include Rothschild, Barclays and SLM. In fact we have discussed whether to bring a further criminal complaint against Nordea Bank as our lawyers feel we now have sufficient evidence to make this stick. As you know the court in Fuengirola have progressed a criminal complaint against Danske Bank and we are now hopeful that this will go to trial. The courts in San Roque have also progressed a criminal complaint against Landsbanki and have asked 60 victims to visit the court to recount their experiences.
We are victims of the Rothschild/Aspecta fraud, and are being represented by lawyers who appear to be achieving nothing after five years of constant stress.I wonder if we can join forces with you and if so on what terms?
