Lawyers acting for Rothschilds victims have had to postpone the filing of the claim due to the sudden implementation of a new regulation that makes most litigants, residents or not, to have to pay a fee for filing a claim in Spain.
It is almost certain however that claimants will qualify under “legal aid” provisions, with a view to being exempt from having to pay these extortionate and extremely unpopular measures.
No sooner have the claimants been cleared of having to cough up to have justice served, the writs will be submitted with the Courts.
Claimants against other lenders will also be requested to submit income documentation to their lawyers so as to qualify for the exemption.
A little disapointing for the Rothschild Group but I suppose their was no other choice, until each individual has been contacted. It does put them at some disadvantage, especially those who have been bled dry by Rothschild & Hamiltons, they can hardly pay their way on a day to day basis, let alone fork out court fees to get their rightful justice. Rothschild once more will be laughing all the way to the bank. At least the claimants against Nordea Bank have escaped these costs, the 20 days will soon expire and we can then see what their defence is. I suppose Rothschild will be monitoring this situation closely, they will know by now that the Mercantile court has jurisdiction and admitted this writ into court. Maybe they will now start a dialogue with their victims through their lawyers to bring this to a swift conclusion.
That is a shame. I bet the Rothschild victims, would have liked to have submitted this before Christmas. No matter a small delay only, at least they will start the New Year with a little cheer. Can’t wait to hear what excuse Nordea Bank will have in their case. Not long to go before the 20 days are up.
