   Dear sirs,
   From oktober 2004 we started with Pan Eurolife, Individual Capital Insurance Spain via OMM. It transferred to Lex Life later Altraplan with the loan Landsbanki. From februari 2009 Landsbanki is in liquidation. The liquidator closed without any consultation the Altraplan.
   We read about the Law Cases: Landsbanki Mislaeding Advertising Case Due to be Filed. Of course we are very interested, but the question is do you have any idea what the proceeders are and what are the possibilities.

   LOOK ON WHISTLE BLOWER.ORG AND YOU’LL SEE THAT THE BANKS HAVE BEEN IN MUCH GREATER SCANDALS AND SCAMS THAN ALL OUR EQUITY RELEASE CASES PUT TOGETHER. HAVE YOU READ ANYTHING IN THE PAPERS ABOUT THAT??
   THE TRUTH IS, NO GOVERNMENT, NO COURTS, NO JUDGES HAVE THE GUTS TO CONVICT THE BANKS.
   THEY ARE ALMIGHTY.AND WE BEST STOP HOPING AND WAITING FOR THINGS THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. A LOT OF TALK BUT NO ACTIONS.
   HAS ANYBODY YET SEEN A CLEAR RESULT.?? LOOK AT LUXEMBOURG WHERE THE JUDGE DID A CLEVER TRICK TO PREVENT THE CASE GOING TO COURT!

   THE BANKS HAVE NO SHAME THEY KNOW THERE IS NOTHING ANYONE WILL DO TO THEM!!
