This Land Registry search was made by lawyers retained by ERVA. It indicates the district land registries where Nordea Bank S.A., together with its Swiss offshoot, have registered mortgages (at least 1, but no maximum number).
Most of them are believed to Equity Release whereas a smaller number, property mortgage loans to purchase property.
It is now possible to obtain the names of the people that have a mortgage with Nordea Bank S.A., or its Swiss Branch Office, througout Spain.
That is encouraging news. I hope that Erva’s lawyers will put into place such a request. It may be that there are a great number of victims out there that are not aware of the actions Nordea clients are taking through the courts.
