Nordea Bank Victims 4 years, 9 months agoIn October 2013, Nordea SA appeared in the Malaga court. The judge found against Nordea on a number of issues, but deferred sentencing until 2015. Where would I find a record of the 2015 judgement? I an find no record in the newspapers, nor is there any mention of it on this site.

Nordea Bank Victims 4 years, 9 months agoIn February 2020 Nordea Luxembourg, where all the Managed Capital Mortgages were handled, went into liquidation. I would suggest that they saw what was happening in Spain in respect of other similar mortgages and decided to divest themselves of the mortgage business to protect the rest of their business. Nordea Bank Victims 13 years, 7 months agoGood news, at last steps are being taken against Nordea Bank and all the other banks guilty of of a serious crime in Spain.They will soon be sitting up and taking notice as to what they have done to so many eledrely people in Spain, without any concience what so ever. Just greed and an eye for taking our money.

Nordea Bank Victims 13 years, 7 months agoCriminal complaint due to be filed on Friday 7/10/2011, for false advertising and swindle by deceipt, on behalf of a private client, against the employees of Nordea, directly and indirectly responsible, of the alleged criminal actions. The ERVA agrees to join the action on a private prosecution capacity.
