Nordea Bank SA through their office & chief representative in Marbella one Jesper Hertz used Swiss Life in their dealings with their clients in the Alicante area for all equity release schemes under 1 million euro. For 1 million and above they used their own sister company Nordea Life & Pensions. One of their victims with Nordea & Swiss Life has had both his properties auctioned. Having said this Antonio has already filed a writ against Nordea Bank in the Provincial Court in Malaga to have the contracts made “null & void” as the purpose of taking out the contract was for the purpose of evading both Wealth & Inheritance taxes. This as we know has now been deemed fraudulent by the Spanish Tax Office (Hacienda) A number of other banks have used Swiss LIfe as their Insurance Company of which we are aware of. Swiss Life are already on our hit list.
