Hello Jegra, welcome to ERVA unfortunately this seems to be a common complaint, however we at ERVA are approaching the problem of equity release and the associated frauds in a different way. We believe the only way to solve our problems is to have all these banks and unlicenced IFA’s denounced on a criminal basis, which of course we have by submitting a complaint to the Audiencia Nacional (Madrid Central Criminal Court) The public prosecutor has been looking closely at these banks and hopefully will report to the Court very soon who will if the complaint is accepted start a full blown criminal investigation, two members have already had their private criminal complaints accepted and are now going ahead and issuing criminal proceedings of the officers of both Dansbank and Nordea Bank. The most important cog in the wheel is of course the lawyer and we have Antonio Flores totally committed to our cause and driving this forward in a very positive way. Lets hope that 2012 will be a better year for us all.
