Danske Bank Victims 11 years, 11 months ago It now appears that KPMG wrongly approved of Danske Bank’s Equity Release Plan. which they endorsed (or did not as the case may be). But it appears that Danske Bank added KPMG to their advertising without consent. This is tantamount to deceipt and misleading information which against the law and since it was part of the contract then the contract is null and void.
