Danske Bank Victims 8 years ago The Appeals Court in Malaga considers that owing to the amounting evidence against the thieving banks it is time to act strongly against Danske Bank in Court on a Civil Process rather than Criminal as the Civil Action will be much more time saving and in the light of recent banks successfully losing their cases brought by victimised clients then Malaga advises swift action.
