Rothschild Victims 10 years ago After all this time I am pleased to tell you we have a public hearing against NMR on Tuesday 29th July in the Juzgado de Primera Instancia Avenida Arias de Velasco 15, Marbella Spain at 9.30am.
We are told the case should take 3-4 hours.
I have no idea where you live or what your circumstances are but if, in your own best interest, you are able to attend the court and support the proceedings from the public gallery then please do so.
There will be a translator.
I am told David Rose, Stephen Dewsnip and Mark Coutanche will be appearing for the bank.
Our abogado Salvador Martinez Eschevveria will be taking the case.

Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to see everyone saved from this monstrous scam, what a nightmare it has been. Fingers crossed.
