If not have the plaintiffs had the mortgage charge removed from the land registry? What costs did the plaintiffs have, Any? Or did the bank have to pay costs? If it was appealed what was the outcome?<br />

I am in the process of asking Jykse to do exactly this, and make the loan/equity ratio more &#8216;acceptable&#8217; , as you say. If you can provide me with any help as to the procedure you followed to have this successful outcome, then I would greatly appreciate it.</p>
