We have received a reliable report from our French group that Kevin Stanford (Retail Entrepreneur) has recently won a case against the Landsbanki Administrators in an equity release scheme. It has been reported that the Judge found an element of fraud in this scheme. We are waiting to get hold of the judgement. As soon as we have it we will write in more detail. Many of these schemes are now entering the court, France in particular. From our reading the courts are now ruling in our favour. We should soon see our cases coming before the courts in Spain and we hope we have the same success.
